We started with a traditional bourbon from Bardstown Kentucky and finished it in a toasted Kelvin cooperage barrel we commissioned. We then proofed the whiskey down slightly to accentuate notes of chocolate and vanilla. Nose - Cocoa, vanilla bean, cinnamon sugar, toasted oak, toffee, sugar icing, sweet tea, and baked bread. Palate - Cinnamon rolls, vanilla bean, cocoa powder, oak, maple, caramel, sugar icing, and toasted marshmallow. Finish - Dark chocolate, vanilla extract, burnt sugar, toasted oak, ground cinnamon, maple frosting, tobacco, brown sugar, and sweet tea. Bottled at 111.6 Proof. Distillery pick up within 30 days.
