Another one of our favorite finds at the antique markets! Call it a Baguette cutter, Coupe-pain, or Trancheuse à pain, these impressive guillotines would typically sit on a maitre-d's table, and slice baguettes as needed. This extra large example has been completely restored. The detachable carbon steel blade can be sent out to be resharpened. Condition consistent with age and use.
