Tropical Cotija Cheese is a sharp, aged, dry, salty, and crumbly cheese. It is a flavorful cheese that is perfect for grating, commonly used to add a lively flavor and texture for finishing dishes like refried beans, salads, chili, tostadas, enchiladas, tacos, and elotes (corn-on-the-cob).
