Our 100% Regenerative Wholegrain Flour is milled using the whole wheat grain. Sourcing Regenerative wheat from our local Cotswold Grain Partnership to produce a superior 12.8% protein wholemeal flour. The naturally high gluten content produces beautiful wholemeal crusty bread with a unique flavour. Regen farming is a method used to put more nutrients back into the soil than are taken out, regenerating soil health for the future.
