Emma Petite

The Emma Petite is a refined evolution of a beloved little ceramic light originally designed by our studio founder back in 2011. Updated with vintage French detailing, this timeless design offers utilitarian simplicity and quiet sophistication equally suited for installation as a ceiling light or sconce. Concealed mounting hardware and a beautiful gloss glaze create a clean, seamless silhouette. An exposed bulb lets you easily change the fixture’s character tailoring the look and brightness to suit your space. Each ceramic fixture is individually handcrafted in Oregon, from the slip-cast components to the finished light itself. Because every piece is handmade, subtle variations and imperfections are an inherent result of the artisan craft process. Namesake: Emma Lazarus (1849-1887) was a New York poet and activist. Her 1883 sonnet “The New Colossus” is inscribed on the pedestal of the Statue of Liberty.
