Our organic ceremonial-grade matcha is made from a blend of Saemidori, Yutakamidori, and Kanayamidori — coming together in a cup that feels clean, balanced, with a gentle touch of roastiness. Grown organically in Kagoshima, Japan, this matcha is carefully cultivated without the use of synthetic pesticides or fertilisers — allowing the natural character of the tea to come through clearly. The result is a flavour that feels pure and unforced, with soft creamy umami, a light roasty note, and a clean, well-balanced finish. Shaded before harvest to bring out its natural L-theanine, it delivers a calm, steady wave of energy — focused, grounded, and easy to return to throughout the day. Perfect for slow mornings or daily little pauses. Whisk it pure, or into a latte where its creamy, lightly roasty side comes through beautifully (especially with oat milk and a touch of maple).
