Available Configurations: Jr Sets: Pre-tubed Jr Caps (12.5mm) paired with pre-tubed Jr Lowers (10.5mm) made from premium stabilized wood, featuring the 250th Anniversary Jr Cap design. Sierra Clones: Pre-tubed single-tube blanks (27/64") with wooden accent band on the lower side, compatible with Sierra Twist-style pen kits. Bolt Action: Pre-tubed single-tube blanks (3/8") with wooden accent band on the lower half, designed for bolt-action pen kits. Craftsmanship: Blanks are assembled with stabilized wood thins wrapped around and secured to the brass tube. Wet-sand from 220 to 2,000 grit, zap pin-holes with thin CA glue, and finish with Magic Juice polish for a mirror finish.
