Decaf La Serrania
La Serrania Decaf Espresso is produced by 20 coffee growers in the Pitalito region of Colombia at altitudes between 1,500 and 1,750 MASL. It is a fully washed, Natural E.A. decaf with a flavor profile of red berry and dark chocolate.
- The decaffeination process uses ethyl acetate derived from sugar cane and mountain water, removing 99.7% of caffeine.
