The fruit for this Sauvignon Blanc was harvested from the Pipers River, Derwent Valley and Coal River Valley regions of Tasmania to display classic Sauvignon Blanc characters that are delicate and fresh. A pale straw with a green hue displaying characters of tropical fruit, passionfruit punch and blackcurrant that are delicate and fresh. A touch of flint and fresh herbs enhance the texture of the wine and build complexity. Food Pairing - Wild Tasmanian mushroom tartlets with fresh thyme and parsley, cracked pepper and marinated goat's cheese.
