Heavy Absorbency. (All fabric top images are examples only) All pads in this section are Heavy absorbency, holding up to 80ml. We have included our most popular shapes and lengths for heavier menstrual flow and bladder leaks. While many disposable pads are around 10” long, longer disposable pads do not always offer more absorbency. Often, the extra length is simply spread across the same amount of absorbent material, or fewer pads are included in the pack. This can give the impression that all heavy and night pads provide the same level of protection, even when the absorbency may vary, compare the blood drops on the packaging you will find they change depending on the length of the pad, or the number of pads is less. At TCS-eco, our pads become more absorbent as they become longer. It is simple: longer pads contain more absorbent material, giving you greater coverage as well as increased capacity. Our most popular shape for heavy flow is the Hourglass, but the clear customer favourite is the 12” Hourglass Wide. It offers extra width and coverage where you need it most, making it a brilliant option for heavier days, larger gushes and added confidence. For both shapes, Bamboo Velour is the most popular top fabric. It is soft, fast wicking and especially suited to quicker, heavier flows.
