Step 3: Working from the left side to the right side of the bead, using the belly of your brush, press the bead and stroke to the free edge. Step 4: Place a bigger bead just behind but still touching the previous section. Step 5: Holding your brush at a 45 degree angle using the belly of your brush, press the bead to flatten and separate the bead. Step 6: Working from the left side to the right side of the bead. Using the belly of your brush press the bead and stroke to smooth and blend with the previous section. Step 7: Place a small bead of a medium-wet consistency a bit away from the cuticle area in the centre. Step 8: Hold your brush at a 45 degree angle using the tip of the brush, press the bead down in the centre to flatten and separate the bead. Step 9: Working from the left side to the right side of the bead, using the tip of the brush, press the bead and stroke to smooth and blend with the previous section. Step 10: Wait for the acrylic to set. NOTE: You will know that the acrylic is set and dry by using the back of your Kolinsky Brush and tapping your brush on the acrylic. Step 11: Once the acrylic is set – using a Lola Lee 100/180 Nail File, smooth out any bumps (depending on the application). Using a Lola Lee 100/180 Sponge File, buff the nail to remove any scratches.
