VILLA RAIANO FIANO

A white wine produced exclusively from Fiano grapes sourced from four different vineyards, each located in a different municipality in the province of Avellino: Candida, Montefredane, Lapio and San Michele di Serino. The bunches are harvested by hand and transported to the winery in small crates to prevent the grapes from being crushed. The grapes undergo gentle whole-bunch pressing to obtain the free-run juice. Vinification and ageing on the fine lees for four months take place entirely in stainless-steel tanks. The nose is restrained yet elegant. Aromas of mint, sage and white peach, followed by notes of white chocolate and citrus; a pronounced mineral character gradually emerges in the wine And the palate is not overly full-bodied, yet complete and satisfying. Bright acidity enhances its freshness. The finish is intensely savoury, with lingering, concentrated floral and minty notes.
