Creation Station - Afterschool Game Lab - October 5 - October 30

Where creativity comes to play! Join us for this 4 week session focused on games. We are excited to offer the Afterschool Game Lab for our friends! Game Lab Week 1 – Discover & Play Students explore different types of games (card, board, classic, strategic), learn rules, practice sportsmanship and discover what makes a game fun. Week 2 – Strategy & Problem Solving Students explore strategy, logic, planning and decision-making through games, challenges, and collaboration. Week 3 – Create Your Own Game Students begin designing their own games, including rules, objectives, materials and game boards. Week 4 – Game Showcase Students complete their games and share them with classmates, family members and/or school staff. Spaces are limited to keep the experience small and engaging.
