Walthamstow Town Hall NB PRINTS

An original artwork of the Waltham Forest Town Hall building. I wanted to portray this grand historic building with its ‘stripped classicism’ in a contemporary light with the children and young families who enjoy playing in its pool and environs. The neon ‘postcard’ wording outline is then a play on its proximity to the temple of neon that is ‘Gods Own Junkyard’. Limited edition screenprinted by Natasha Barton in 5 colours on SouthBank Smooth, supplied backed flat wrapped in a cello sleeve 40cm x 50cm.
