Four descending tiers of glass tubes, each tier hung individually so the rows overlap rather than stack — which means there is no gap to see through from any seat at the table. The lamps sit inside the frame, screened on every side by champagne-coloured glass. What reaches you is a lit mass rather than a light source. The colour is what makes it warm rather than merely bright. This is a champagne glass chandelier — a soft amber that runs through the body of every tube, not sprayed on the surface, so it deepens where the tiers overlap and thins to nearly clear at the outer rims. Each tube is textured down its full length — a vertical, bark-like ripple — so the surface never reads as plain glass. Off, in daylight, it reads as pale amber against a white ceiling, quiet and slightly antique. On, it is the warmest thing in the room. It cannot be added on installation day. Sloped ceiling version Raked or Vaulted Ceilings The standard canopy sits flat. It is 33.5″ across. A chandelier should be about half your table's width, so this suits a table of 60″ or wider — a six to eight seater. 02What ceiling height do I need? Over a table, 9 ft is fine. Over floor you walk across, you want 11 ft to keep 7 ft of clearance underneath. 03Can guests see the bulbs? No. The four tiers overlap rather than stack, so there is no gap to see through from any seat at the table. 04Is the amber colour painted on? No. The tint runs through the glass, so it cannot chip, peel or fade — and an edge reads the same colour as a face. 05How is it different from the clear version? Same shape, different light. Clear glass gives white light in a warm-looking fixture; this tints the light itself, so the ceiling and tabletop pick up a honey tone. 06What bulbs does it take? For extra length, send us your ceiling height before we ship — far easier than adding chain afterwards. 10Is it hard to install? It is hardwired — use a licensed electrician. A fixture this size is heavy, so have them check the ceiling box first. 11Can it go in a bathroom? Indoor dry locations only. Not above a bath or shower, and not on a covered porch or balcony. 12How do I clean it? A soft dry cloth, once or twice a year.
