The Ecoglo® E4061 Photoluminescent Contrast Strip combines protected photoluminescent step-edge marking with a hard-wearing gray silicon-carbide non-slip insert integrally bonded to a rigid aluminum base. The system provides visible step-edge definition under normal lighting while providing photoluminescent guidance when lighting levels are reduced. At 2 inches wide, the E4061 provides a compact solution for combining luminous stair-edge marking and non-slip protection on commercial stairways, exit stairs and other egress applications. The Ecoglo® E40 Series is designed for stairs where luminous path markings are required by applicable project or code requirements.
