Real World Application: Turning Research into Outcomes Program Overview CSEP Clinical Exercise Physiologist® (CSEP-CEP®) members, CSEP Certified Personal Trainer® (CSEP-CPT®) members, and fitness professionals are increasingly asked to operate across high-performance, clinical, and organizational environments. Whether supporting athletes returning from injury, working with diverse client populations, applying advanced testing in real-world settings, or leading teams and programs, practitioners must translate evidence into action while navigating evolving professional demands. This CSEP Professional Development Day is designed to strengthen applied decision-making, professional judgment, and leadership capacity across the full scope of exercise physiology practice.
