Herbal Aromatic Bitters

Our wild take on aromatic bitters! This unique formula combines the classic bitter or hops and grapefruit peel with wild crafted lemony spruce tips and pungent mugwort. We combine these with aromatic and flavourful anise hyssop, tulsi and coriander grown in our garden in Lake of Bays. This bitter is a relaxing formula for evening time in soda water or herbal tea or adds a fresh and unique flavour profile to your favourite gin based cocktail.
