Coffee Profile 🔥Roast: Medium 💪Strength: 3/5 👅Tasting Notes: 🍫Chocolate, 🍇Raisin, 🍑Peach 🍊Orange and 🍦Vanilla 🗺️Origin: Guatemala 📈Process: Washed 🌋Altitude: 1350-1650m ☕Best Served: Black or with milk Description: Guatemala Todosanterita is a bright and approachable coffee, offering a smooth and balanced cup ideal for everyday drinking. Grown by smallholder farmers at high altitude and processed using the washed method, it develops clarity and structure in the cup. Roasted to a medium level, it delivers notes of chocolate, vanilla and peach, with a creamy finish that lingers pleasantly on the palate. Coffee, when picked, is fermented whole for 24 hours to just bring a little bit of fruit to the profile. Following this, cherries are wet processed and spread on patios to sun dry for around 48 to 60 hours. A versatile and easy-drinking coffee, perfect for sipping throughout the day. Available as whole beans or ground and freshly roasted in Aberdeen.
