Banana Pancakes is a blend of two 2016 Kelvin barrel 36% rye bourbons that create a delicious Banana Pancake profile. Nose - banana, maple, whipped cream, vanilla, pecan, sweet tea, brown sugar, oak, and a subtle lemon. Palate - banana pancakes, maple syrup, walnuts, whipped cream, vanilla bean, sweet tea, oak, raw honey, and butterscotch. Finish - barrel aged vanilla, maple, buttered pecan, oak, breakfast tea, caramel drizzle, bananas foster, coffee, and a very subtle citrus. Bottled at 117.4 Proof.
