The palate is playful and juicy, like biting directly into a tropical lime sorbet, texturally lifted by a touch of zesty botanicals. This method involves bottling the wine before primary fermentation is complete, allowing natural carbonation to develop, which results in an inherent cloudiness and sediment presence.
