Alula Re-String Service We know your most loved pieces get worn on repeat (which we absolutely love 🤍). If your Alula necklace needs a little refresh, adjustment or re-string we're here to bring it back to life. Our re-string service includes carefully re-threading your piece by hand using fresh wire and findings where needed, before giving it a full quality check so it's ready to be loved all over again. How it works: Send us an image with clear images of your piece Purchase this listing once a confirmation has been made from us Send your jewellery to us using a tracked postal service. Once it arrives, we'll lovingly re-string it and post it back to you. Please note: This service is for genuine Alula pieces only. If your jewellery is missing beads, pearls or charms, we'll contact you before beginning if any additional charges are required. Please allow up to 10 working days from the date we receive your jewellery for your repaired piece to be dispatched. Because your favourites deserve a second summer
