La Sirène de Giscours Margaux 2020

La Sirène de Giscours is a blend of beautiful grape varieties, which are hand-picked. The wine is made of Cabernet Sauvignon, complemented with Merlot and a little percentage of Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot grapes. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature (26-28°C). The wine aged for about a year in 100% French oak barrels. Tasting notes Beautiful dark red colour in the glass. The bouquet shows aromas of red fruit, black currants and a subtle hint of oak. Nice round and soft on the palate with a long finish. Food pairing Pairs perfectly with game dishes, poultry and spiced cheeses.
