The first component is a washed Colombian coffee that provides structure, sweetness, and balance. Expect a clean foundation of chocolate sweetness and classic coffee comfort. The second component comes from Jermy Pedraza at Finca La Joya in Nariño, Colombia. Grown at high elevation and carefully processed, this anaerobic lot delivers layers of tropical fruit, bright acidity, and candy-like sweetness. It brings the energy and personality that give Fruity Punch its name. Together, these coffees create a cup that is juicy and expressive without becoming overwhelming.
