How the Process Works 1 On-Site Design Consultation A senior Trendy Gardener design specialist conducts a full on-site walkthrough — assessing your space across all zones, reviewing brand standards, and producing a complete design plan before anything is scheduled. 2 Full-Scale Installation Our installation team delivers and places all elements — the 12½-ft tree, 48" wreaths, four garlands, grand arrangements, and any optional moss or plant wall integrations — across every designated zone of your space. A final styling walkthrough is conducted before we leave. 3 Professional Removal & Secure Storage After the holiday period, we return to professionally dismantle, inventory, and remove all leased items — stored securely at our facility and prepared for reinstallation the following season. 4 Annual Renewal — 3 Seasons Secured Your 3-year leasing agreement locks in your installation window and pricing for three consecutive holiday seasons — no re-quoting, no coordination overhead, no starting from scratch every fall. Common Questions Is this a rental or a purchase? This is a leasing agreement. All holiday décor remains the property of Trendy Gardener. Your organization pays an annual fee for the full-service installation, removal, and storage each holiday season for three consecutive years. Living walls incorporate live plants in a modular panel system with ongoing care included.
