VICTORIAN CHUNKY SILVER PAPERCLIP CHAIN WITH REMOVABLE T-BAR

A lovely chunky Victorian silver paperclip albert chain with removable T-bar. The paperclip links are a great scale, and are joined by simple belcher links. The chain has a removable tbar, making the chain really versatile, as it can be worn four different ways; With a sliding t-bar, no tbar, t-bar as a long drop, or inline to increase the length of the chain! The chain is completely original, with hallmarks for Birmingham 1897, on the tbar, joining ring and both dog clips. Makers mark ‘F.W.C’ is on both dog clips and the t-bar. A Lion Passant is marked on nearly every link to indicate silver is of sterling quality. A jewellery staple, that looks good worn alone or with a bunch of chains.
