Brass Jar - Small with Spoon and Gift Box

A small solid brass jar with its own brass spoon, boxed and ready to give. It began life as a ghee pot, the piece we made for Maunika Gowardhan's cookbook launch celebrating regional Indian cuisine. Ghee is one use. It is really a keeper for anything worth keeping close. Fill it with ghee, honey, salt, sugar, chutney, spices or dry fruit. Keep it on the table, beside the hob, or on a dressing table for small things. Brass is a naturally antimicrobial copper alloy, and it darkens beautifully with use.
