Honduras - Las Flores
Our first Honduran coffee of the season comes freshly arrived from Finca Las Flores, one of several small farms belonging to Roger Domínguez. This fully washed coffee is more subtle than the naturals Roger produces at Finca San Francisco, but easily as delicious. We taste plump concord grapes, spiced apple cider, graham cracker, milk chocolate, orange zest, and molasses - equally delicious as filter coffee or espresso.
