A talented smallholder farmer and a close family friend of Andrea Costa, Patricia took over the management of her family business with the support of her son, Pedro, and together they have built a reputation for outstanding quality and innovation. The anaerobic fermentation elevates this mundo novo, bringing a super sweet, rich and jammy fruitiness to compliment the caramelised nuttiness of a classic Brazilian coffee.
