This carry-handle box is packed with 15kg of premium kiln-dried, UK-produced hardwood logs that ignite fast, burn hot, and keep smoke to an absolute minimum. We've tested these extensively in our own ovens. The low moisture content means a quick heat-up and steady dome temperatures, giving you dependable fire management and repeatable, perfect bakes. It's the ideal fuel for any wood-fired setup, including Gozney models. Each box contains enough wood for three separate pizza sessions. We've also included kindling and natural wood-wool firelighters so you're ready to burn straight from the box.
