The Krooztune 50cc Shock Flow Kit is a complete, ready-to-install piston and valving assembly developed specifically for the latest KTM, Husqvarna and GASGAS 50cc models. Every kit is professionally assembled with our proven shim stack, genuine KYB piston band and premium Viton O-ring, giving a reliable, race-ready package straight out of the box. The piston ports and valving have been refined through extensive testing to deliver the balance today's 50cc racers demand. Unlike larger bikes, a 50cc simply can't afford to lose suspension travel. Every millimetre counts. Our Shock Flow Kit is designed to maximise usable stroke while dramatically improving small bump absorption. The result is a much plusher ride over braking bumps and rough chop, yet with enough progression remaining to absorb the large rollers and square-edge impacts that can overwhelm these small motorcycles. The revised rebound damping keeps the rear wheel tracking the ground more effectively, improving stability, corner exit drive and overall chassis balance. Each kit includes three compression tuning options and two rebound tuning options, with all optional tuning shims supplied. This allows the suspension to be tailored to rider weight, speed and track conditions without needing to purchase additional parts. Choose from three proven valving specifications supplied: Comfort Spec – Ultra-plush for lighter riders and developing racers. Race Spec – Our recommended all-round setting for the majority of riders. Pro Spec – Increased support for heavier, faster and more aggressive racers.
