Aronia arbutifolia 'Brilliantissima' / Red Chokeberry

An adaptable and beautiful shrub, Aronia arbutifolia is a great addition to your landscape. White flowers become red berries which are edible when cooked, or great food for birds. Bright red foliage in Autumn. Grows in dry to wet soils, in full sun to part shade, though best fruit production is in full sun. Grows 6 to 8 feet tall. You can’t go wrong with Aronia. 'Brilliantissima' forms a more compact shrub with brighter fall color and larger berries.
