2023 'Petit Curoulet' Ploussard

One of the finest Ploussard out there must be the 2023 Arbois Ploussard Petit Courolet from Fabrice Dodane. It has a pale red colour and a lively nose, very clean, with aromas of pomegranate, hibiscus, watermelon and rose hip, with an herbal twist. The palate is fine- boned and ethereal but full of energy, texture and elegance. The wine is fresh and balanced with a moderate 11% alcohol.
