Plastic Head covered with Fake Fur(which is flammable). It will need to be cleaned by hand, with wipes or if stained, gently wipe with spray and wash and damp cloth, do not saturate. Use disinfectant wipes on the inside of the head to prevent mold and bacteria. Allow plenty of time to air.
