For orders containing more than 6 items, we kindly request a 25% advance payment before dispatching the order and it should be processed through Instapay and until then, order will be on hold. This is due to the higher value and preparation required for larger orders, which often include limited stock items. It also ensures seriousness and commitment from the customer when placing a high-quantity order, helps protect our small business and brand from last-minute cancellations, and allows us to secure inventory, begin preparation promptly, and maintain fairness for all customers.
