Blossom began on our honeymoon in Champagne, France, where a chive blossom on the plate followed us home in the best possible way. We planted chives on our balcony, and this is the seasonal salt it became.This batch pairs real white truffle with chive blossoms for a softer, rounder finish. Lemon peel keeps it bright and pepper flakes add gentle warmth. Finish watermelon and feta, margarita rims, popcorn, cheese boards, or bagels.Back for a limited time.
