Park | Decaf Coffee
Our house decaf comes from Mina Rica in Colombia. Decaffeinated using the sugarcane method which involves using naturally occuring Ethyl Acetate from fermented sugarcane to bind with and remove the caffeine molocules. It is a completely natural method. This coffee contains no EA after roasting. By contrast, ripe bananas contain about 200ppm. The flavor of the beans is outstanding with notes of lemongrass, green apple, and almond. It brews well by any method and is our featured decaf espresso.
