This memoir is testimony to one woman's resilience and fight for survival as she discovers that home resides with those you love, and some bonds are unbreakable, no matter how far you roam. Li Xiaowei was born in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region of China and came to England in 2000. She lives in London and is a British citizen.
