Yuzu liqueur - Izumibashi Made by the same brewery as Natsu Yago, this yuzu liqueur is crafted in Kanagawa, just south of Tokyo. Locally grown yuzu is blended with a spirit distilled from sake lees—the fermented rice left after sake pressing. The result is a wonderfully vibrant liqueur with bright citrus aromas, balanced sweetness, refreshing acidity, and a subtle sake character.
