The ATmega128 Module (F128C) is an industrial-grade development platform based on the ATmega128 8-bit AVR microcontroller. It provides easy access to all MCU I/O pins through 2.54 mm headers and features a USB Type-C connector with a CH340C USB-to-UART interface for serial communication and power. The module supports USB bootloader programming after a compatible bootloader is installed via ISP. It includes 10-pin and 6-pin AVR ICSP headers, a 16 MHz crystal oscillator, and ESD and surge protection for reliable operation. The F128C is suitable for industrial control, embedded development, education, laboratory applications, and rapid prototyping. Features: ATmega128 8-bit AVR microcontroller (128 KB Flash, 4 KB SRAM, 4 KB EEPROM). AVCC, AREF, XTAL1, XTAL2, RESET, VCC (5V), and GND pins available on headers. USB Type-C Interface with CH340C USB-to-UART converter (USART0). Standard 10-pin and compact 6-pin AVR ICSP programming headers. All MCU I/O pins exposed through 2.54 mm headers.
