A rare three-way collaboration between James J. Fox Dublin, Teeling Whiskey and the historic Bodegas Ximénez-Spínola of Jerez – three legacy houses, over three centuries of heritage, one exceptional cask. Distilled at Cooley and matured for eight years in bourbon casks, this single malt then spent an extraordinary nine years finishing in a Pedro Ximénez cask from Ximénez-Spínola – one of Jerez's most celebrated PX producers. The result is a beautifully balanced whiskey of remarkable depth, with the bodega's seal appearing alongside those of James J. Fox and Teeling for the first time.
