We named this style Grant after Cary Grant (although t could just have easily been named after his frequent screen partner Grace Kelly) — effortless, elegant, never trying too hard — and this particular leather feels like it belongs to exactly that world. It's our out-and-out favourite for more casual occasions: unlined, tumbled to give it a slightly uneven vintage effect, and blessed with that lovely pull-up quality, meaning the tonality within the leather becomes more evident the more you wear it. The buckle is burnished brass, with a clean, squared prong silhouette lined along the top and bottom edges with a row of small conical studs — a bit of rugged detail that gives the belt a subtly western edge without tipping into costume territory. The warm, aged glow of the brass sits beautifully against the chestnut. So when should you reach for this tone of belt? Match it up with similarly toned clothing or accessories, or simply pop it on with jeans for a splash of earthy colour.
