Our modular design allows users to change between spring and direct manual lever profiles. The Argos has adjustable brew temperatures from 88C - 96C with a separate “Steam Mode” enacted at the push of a button bringing the boiler up to 3 bar / 130°C. Users can typically achieve 4 double shots with a yield between 36g - 48g (depending on pre-infusion, bean, and grind settings) as well as steaming milk before needing to refill.
