Serves up to 8 people. Locally sourced Yorkshire pork, carefully rolled and filled with lemon zest, rosemary, fennel seeds and cracked black pepper before being slow roasted for exceptional flavour and tenderness. Served with a bottle of Bramley apple sauce for the perfect finishing touch. We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for all buffet orders.
