This nicely aged 2016 Gibson Les Paul Standard in Light Burst is a masterfully crafted solid-body electric guitar that blends vintage aesthetic with modern high-performance features. It features a tasteful figured maple top over a mahogany body with modern weight relief, providing the legendary sustain of a Les Paul while ensuring a more comfortable playing experience on stage. This model is equipped with a professionally-installed Fralin bridge pickup and classic '50s style wiring, with no push/pull knobs. Playability is optimized through an asymmetrical SlimTaper neck profile and a compound-radius rosewood fingerboard, allowing for easy chording at the lower frets and effortless high-register bending. Finished in an increasingly rare translucent Light Burst nitrocellulose lacquer, the instrument is rounded out with premium hardware, including Grover locking tuners and a self-lubricating Graph Tech nut for exceptional tuning stability.
