This blended Irish whiskey, developed by a former Bushmills distillery manager, features Irish malt and grain whiskeys matured in bourbon barrels. It offers a floral vanilla, vibrant barley, and cedar aroma, followed by apple and pear flavors with honey and white pepper notes, finishing with warming spices and oak.
