Its flapper-style design requires only 0.5 PSI cracking pressure and provides approximately 1 PSI head loss at 88 GPM, helping maintain strong system flow. The valve features a durable CPVC body for demanding applications and a clear lid that allows quick visual inspection of the valve without disassembly. A molded TPV seal uses a unique triple-ridge design to create a secure seal while allowing easy, tool-free removal. For highly corrosive applications, the TPV seal can also be replaced with a standard Viton O-ring.
