FIRST/LIGHT™ Cortisol Support — Regulate Healthy Stress Response FIRST/LIGHT™ Cortisol Support is a clinically formulated nutraceutical designed to modulate the endocrine system's response to chronic and acute stress. It features Alphawave® L-theanine, which promotes alpha brain wave activity to facilitate non-drowsy relaxation, combined with a highly bioavailable Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) extract standardised to 35% withanolide glycosides. These synergistic adaptogens work collectively to regulate serum cortisol patterns, mitigate hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis hyperreactivity, and support emotional resilience. This rapid-acting, non-sedating formula helps safeguard the body against physiological exhaustion while promoting long-term cognitive and adrenal recovery. Thereafter, take 1 to 2 capsules per day, as required, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. For dosing in children under 16 years, consult a healthcare practitioner before use. Acute Stress Event: For an anticipated stressful event: Take one capsule in the morning and a second capsule two hours before the event. For an unexpected shock or stressful event: Take two capsules immediately. Do not take more than two capsules in a 24-hour period. Do not use if allergic to L-theanine, ashwagandha, or any of the ingredients. Discuss use with your healthcare practitioner if you have an autoimmune disease (MS, SLE, RA), liver disorder, or overactive thyroid gland.
