Muscle mommy is gym slang from social media for a woman who builds visible muscle and is proud of it. The term has nothing to do with motherhood: it describes the woman who lifts heavy, shows her progress and refuses to make herself smaller. Its counterpart in gym talk is the cardio bunny, who focuses more on endurance. Pink, Lavender and Checkerboard: the Design The patch plays with a retro look: soft, rounded letters in pink and lavender, two biceps in skin tone above them and a checkerboard strip like a finish flag below. On a black base the colours stay strong, even on a black backpack or a dark cap. It suits your own gear as well as our women's sportswear. Muscle Mommy Patch FAQ Velcro patch or sew-on patch?
