Howdy! We run a boarding stable on 14 acres. Our property is close to I-15 down a private lane so it's quiet and there is lots of room for rigs to park — even semis can turn around in our parking pasture. We have our own little shop to browse, and are within 10 minutes of most amenities. We have two isolated corrals with 3-sided shelters for guest horses to stay in, and a 30 amp hookup for RVs as well.
